Veto Pro Pac Toolbag - Review Father's Day Gift Guide

About Veto Pro Pac (From the Website)

Our Philosophy:

A tool bag should perform some basic functions: First, it should keep your tools where you can easily get to them. Secondly, it should protect them at the job site, on the way to the job site and everywhere in between. And finally, a tool bag should make carrying tools comfortable.
But first things first. Like anything that’s built to last, VETO PRO PAC tool bags start with a butt-kicking foundation. In this case, it’s a 3mm thick polypropylene base that is not only waterproof, but “drop from the second floor” proof. Next we oriented the storage system vertically using interior pockets made of PVC-impregnated 1800 denier, a waterproof nylon that can take whatever a flathead or Phillips head screwdriver can dish out.

While VETO PRO PAC tool bags could be considered “soft bags” they don’t wilt and lose their shape like canvas or other synthetic bags. That’s because every PRO PAC tool bag uses a patented integrated center panel that extends to the very bottom of the bag. This allows for easy access and balances your load distribution — effectively keeping you from becoming a regular at the chiropractor’s office. Speaking of pain, the place where your burly hand makes contact with the tool bag is typically where discomfort can put a damper on any quitting time. But we don’t do “typically” too well around here. The handle on VETO PRO PAC tool bags is unlike any you’ve experienced. It’s ergonomically designed for stiff hands and is hinged through the fabric for extra durability. It also collapses front or back depending on how you set it up. Bonus!

My Review:

My husband isn’t exactly handy, he can hang pictures and small things like that but he’s not going to be mistaken for a master carpenter anytime soon. As much as his father tried to teach him it just never sunk in, he’s a tech guy and prefers to fiddle with electronics. But he does have tools, only because my parents gave him a set of them for Christmas when we moved into our house, it was 50% real gift 50% joke gift. The tools came in a case, the tools are made well the case isn’t, none of the tools sit in their “molded” compartment right, you close the lid and the tools spill everywhere. It has gotten to the point that we just leave the tools near the case instead of putting them in. My husband always says there has to be a better way. There is.  The Veto Pro Pac (http://www.vetopropac.com/) is the best way to store your tools.

We were sent a LC Tool Bag, and my non handy hubby was actually excited about it! I immediately thought aliens had come down and sucked his brain out! He was excited because he could finally be rid of that awful case his tools were in and use something that looked like he knew what he was doing. “I now have a bag that’s better than my dad’s tool kit!” His father was in the construction business for over 30 years and is embarrassed his only son can’t read a tape measure. This tool bag is nice, sturdy and holds a lot of tools. It’s roomy and opens wide enough to be able to find what you need, it’s a bag but it’s not a bottomless pit. This bag has been crafted by someone who uses tools for a living and knows what tool users need.

When you think of tool bags you picture just a bag, almost like a handbag where everything is jumbled all over the bag and anything small is easily lost. Not so with the Veto Pro Pac, everything has it’s place and if you lose something it’s your fault! If you’re a serious craftsman a weekend carpenter or all thumbs like my husband this is the only tool bag you’ll need. It’s sturdy and handle whatever you put it through or whatever you put in it. Our model has 57 pockets that can handle 75 tools! That’s 73 more tools than my husband knows how to use! All kidding aside, that should be more than enough space for your average putterer, if you’re more serious about tools no worries Veto Pro Pac has a bag for you. Bags range from $129.95 to $214.95, and would make any craftsman proud to carry his tools in. Maybe this will inspire my hubby to become handy? Just in case he does can anyone recommend a good carpenter?

This tool-bag would make it extremely convenient for my dad to store his tools, and at the same time better carrying around. Thanks for the great review.
